CURRENT SITUATION
After many years as owner/creative director of Paladin Advertising, the decision of one of the partners to leave the industry also presented the perfect opportunity for me to reassess my future and focus on what I enjoyed best – coming up with the creative answers.
This has proved particularly successful – client appreciate having a one-stop-shop for everything, and being able to liaise with the person who does the work, rather than a team of ad agency front people who discourage contact with the creatives.
Often, for larger assignments, after having established the overall creative approach, including copy and design, I will involve the resources and services of one of several production companies I work very closely with. By overseeing and directing all the fine-tuning and finishing processes, I am able to produce significant volumes of work to tight deadlines. This method of operating also allows me to choose a particular company with skills ideally suited to specific production requirements.
My experience enables me to provide all the creative services an advertising agency offers, including liaising with clients, taking a brief, implementing marketing strategies, and working with clients to develop a high standard of advertising, communication and promotional material, from concepts through to final production.
Media buying expertise is also available through an association with a fully accredited media management company.
